Caluco has grown steadily since the company was founded in 2003 by two partners who share more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the patio furniture industry. Caluco's fully integrated operation allows for strict quality control and built-in value. They work closely with innovative designers to create stylish, durable designs that look and feel much more expensive than they really are.

Caluco’s team oversees manufacturing in our own factory overseas, and they supervise every aspect of assembly, packing and shipping at their 40,000 square-foot warehouse in San Fernando, California. Caluco also run a custom-cushion manufacturing plant at their San Fernando facility, allowing them to make and ship premium quality cushions for any product in two weeks or less.

Caluco outdoor furniture is crafted of high grade materials chosen for beauty, strength, durability and long-term performance in all weather conditions. Caluco uses premium quality aluminum (cast and tubular) and grade A kiln-dried Indonesian teak. They capture the look of rattan and wicker while avoiding the maintenance problems, by using their own premium eco-friendly all weather resin wicker. Their cushions are covered in industry-leading high performance Sunbrella® fabric that resists staining, fading and mildew.

Caluco has built their reputation by maintaining a strict quality-control process from initial design drawings through manufacturing, finishing, painting and shipping. Every item Caluco produces is inspected frequently, tested and approved before shipping. Everything Caluco ships is extremely carefully wrapped and packaged; they’re proud to have less than .05% freight damage, and a near-zero return rate.

Thanks to their design standards, quality control procedures and material selection, Caluco is able to offer industry-leading 15-year warranties on our aluminum furniture and 3 years on their teak furniture and resin wicker.
