I use this table for Sunday school kids ages 6-8 years. The height adjustment is just what we needed to work with regular size office chairs. It is very sturdy and easy to adjust. Great table[...].

I am so glad to have found such a high quality adjustable table. The lower height makes it just right for our six grandchildren. (I bought little chairs too.)It is their dinner table and a place to work puzzles, draw and color, play with Play-Doh, etc. When they leave, I can fold it up out of the way. Being adjustable, it can grow with them & when we have a party, the height can easily be raised for adults.
It is not light weight, but if it were, it wouldn't be so sturdy. Previously the kids used a child-size folding card table that kept collapsing when a child leaned on it--and it was too small for just two children. This 6 foot adjustable table has room for everybody and is easy to clean. I wish I had bought one years ago.

The notches on the legs could be numbered so it's easier to tell when they are level before turning it over.
