Their Rainbow Accents furniture is constructed of 5/8" thermo-fused melamine board - the highest quality in existence. All Birch furniture is constructed of eleven ply 5/8" Baltic Birch plywood. Items requiring solid wood are constructed of Northern Hard Maple, which is stronger than oak.
