The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

Comments about Kendall Howard 96" Performance LAN Station Workbench:
Perfect for multiple computer environments, with multiple machines, routers, switches, print servers, printers, UPS’s, and a myriad of external HDD enclosures for backups, etc...\n\nThis workbench is large enough to accommodate a large amount of equipment with room to spare including a working work surface for such things as books, parts, writing and/or note taking space. The multi-tier shelving adds benefits of multiple monitors locations as well as placing smaller computers top shelf access for easier use with removable media, e.g. CD’s, DVD’s, USB devices, e.g. flash drives, etc...\n\nIt’s not a pretty non functional piece of office furniture to go with the décor of your pretty office or room. This workbench is NOT for doing an office make over or some silly thing like that. Strictly utilitarian and functional.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was very fast, just a few days. The product arrived complete, even though the crate was severely damaged. Fortunately the construction of the product precluded it from being damaged along with the overall packing of the product.\n\nCustomer support was very helpful in explaining the inconsistency between the packing contents and what was actually received. The installation manual contained the packing contents rather than a separate check list. The numerous errors in the content list and the manual itself, both need a lot of work, but I didn’t buy a manual, so I guess it’s all good.\n\nLastly, the delivery concept of back of the truck is fine, but it get’s kind of hinky when the freight service charges some ~$120 to scroll a pallet jack with the crate on it to the lift gate to the ground. Granted, I don’t have a pallet jack and obviously could never move a ~500+Lbs crate, so I was pretty much at the mercy of the freight service. Fortunately the delivery driver was exceptionally friendly, and we both pushed the crate up into my garage at my residential house in the suburbs. It seemed pretty silly to charge me three figures for about 3 minutes of pushing a pallet jack around though, IMHO.\n\nThis was my only dissatisfaction with the entire process. However, I would without a doubt do it all over again to obtain such a superior piece of necessary equipment.
