The installation of the safe was easy, my husband bolted the safe onto our floor in the bedroom.The safe is easy to use, however I didn't like the fingerprint pad, it took forever to get my fingerprint programed into the system and onced it was programed and you went to swipe your finger on the lazer pad it didn't always open. So if you were in a hurry to get your safe opened I would not use this feature and would stick to opening the safe with the combonation.We received this safe 3 days before we left for a 5 day vacation, and when we got home our front door was wide opened, yes we were robbed. The robber attempted to get into our safe with a awe but was unable to. We called a locksmith the next day to have him open the safe and he had mentioned that we were very lucky that the robber didn't break in the safe, he said generally this type of safe is easy to break into.A couple of days later we did end up purchasing a [...] safe that did cost more, but we felt we needed something more secure and stronger for our needs.

I like this product. It was a little difficult to install it. The initial code that was expected with the product was not avaiable [...]. The fingerprint sensor is a little sensitive. I like the fact that it uses a combination of a Key along with the fingerprint technology. I would recommend this product to anybody interested in owning a safe.
